Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Elevate Capital: Real Estate is seeking a full‑time Recruitment Consultant to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for its Dubai operations. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, conduct interviews and support onboarding to ensure a smooth talent acquisition experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance for multiple roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and modern sourcing tools.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability and provide hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Report recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in real estate or a related sector.
• Strong consulting ability to advise hiring managers on talent needs and market trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, both written and verbal.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple vacancies and deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with modern candidate sourcing tools.
