Recruitment Consultant

About the role

This Recruitment Consultant role suits a recent graduate who wants practical experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment. You will receive training and direct exposure to client management, candidate sourcing and the full recruitment lifecycle. The position is based in Dubai and is permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and internal databases
• Conducting initial candidate calls and interviews
• Writing and posting job advertisements
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
• Supporting senior consultants with live roles
• Maintaining and updating candidate records in the CRM system
• Assisting with business development research and market mapping

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final-year university student; Business, HR, Marketing, Psychology or a related field preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking on the phone and engaging with professionals
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn
• Interest in recruitment, sales or business development
