Recruitment Executive

About the role

Cognita Schools is looking for a proactive Recruitment Executive to build and sustain a talent pipeline across its UAE schools and regional team. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and full compliance with UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates for a variety of school and regional positions.
• Utilise job boards, social media, referrals, internet sourcing and direct search to attract talent.
• Coordinate recruitment events such as job fairs, conferences and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Accurately manage candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure regulatory eligibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of recruitment experience, preferably in an educational or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational, creative and resilient mindset with the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with UAE employment laws.
• Understanding of recruitment policies and best practices.
