Recruitment Executive

About the role

Al Mashaan General Trading & General Contracting for Buildings Co. is looking for a Recruitment Executive to join its Human Resources & Administration team in Ajman, UAE. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring the right talent is attracted, assessed and onboarded efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified applicants.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview schedules.
• Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases and tracking systems.
• Prepare employment offers and communicate outcomes to candidates.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour regulations.

Required profile

• Associate‑level experience in recruitment, HR coordination or a related administrative role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HR information systems.
