HR Recruitment Manager – Perfume Industry

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Manager to lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for our perfume business across retail, manufacturing and corporate functions. The role ensures timely acquisition of top talent to support our rapid growth in the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with department managers to define hiring needs and job specifications.
• Screen, interview, assess and select candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies and manage job portal postings.
• Prepare offer letters, negotiate terms and coordinate the onboarding process.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, reports and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour law.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the perfume or fragrance industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
