Recruitment Specialist – Engineering & Technical Hiring

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full‑cycle talent acquisition process for the company, with a primary focus on engineering and technical positions (civil, architectural, MEP) as well as general corporate roles. The role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring recruitment strategies align with business objectives, project needs, and organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare clear, compelling job descriptions and post vacancies across appropriate platforms.
• Proactively source high‑quality talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, online platforms, referrals, and agencies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for technical and niche engineering positions.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/video screenings, and assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, support competency‑based assessments, and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Manage candidate communication, provide feedback, and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Facilitate offer discussions, negotiate within approved salary bands, and conduct reference checks.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, track recruitment metrics, and prepare reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, preferably within engineering, construction, or related technical industries.
• Proven success recruiting engineering, architectural, and MEP roles.
• Strong knowledge of modern assessment techniques, including competency‑based interviews and technical tests.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good understanding of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and regional hiring practices.
