Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for construction‑industry positions in Dubai, while supporting key HR operations and onboarding activities. The role works closely with project teams to meet manpower needs and ensure timely hiring and employee mobilisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding coordination.
• Recruit for engineering, construction management, MEP, commercial, planning, site supervision, and both skilled and unskilled roles.
• Collaborate with department heads and project managers to understand hiring priorities and manpower requirements.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, agencies, referrals and industry networks.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, accurate recruitment records and regular hiring progress reports.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, induction and probation follow‑up.
• Work with the PRO on visa, work permit and documentation requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment.
• Proficiency with HRMS tools, applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of construction roles, project structures and UAE labour law.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet project hiring timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
