• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of candidates.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets for agent onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting Real Estate Agents in Dubai.
• Existing network or database of real‑estate professionals.
• Strong sourcing and communication abilities.
• Fluent English.
