About the role
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead the hiring of Real Estate Agents for our Dubai operations. The role focuses on building a robust pipeline of qualified agents and ensuring monthly onboarding targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen and interview prospective Real Estate Agents.
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of candidates.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets for agent onboarding.
Required profile
- Proven experience recruiting Real Estate Agents in Dubai.
- Existing network or database of real‑estate professionals.
- Strong sourcing and communication abilities.
- Fluent English.
