Region Lead Recruiter - GC HUB

About the role

We are seeking a Region Lead Recruiter to join our GC HUB team in Abu Dhabi, reporting directly to the Head of Region. The role oversees recruitment administration, coordination, and KPI monitoring for assigned projects within the region.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with project recruitment teams and coordinate activities within the “Recruitment Factory” to balance workload among recruiters.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, screening processes, salary monitoring and performance assessment procedures.
• Allocate recruitment tasks weekly based on priorities and workload, and verify that candidate profiles are backed by performance assessments or references.
• Maintain and update the IDA database, monitor recruitment and mobilization KPIs, and keep the consolidated recruitment dashboard current.
• Contribute to the customization and implementation of recruitment policies in line with HR strategy and local regulations, ensuring full compliance with GC Hub charter and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment for Oil & Gas projects.
• Fluent English communication skills.
