Regional Brand Manager - MENA

About the role

A client of Talent Bridge HR Consultancy is looking for a Brand Manager to lead and execute regional brand strategy across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The role covers localised B2B and B2C brand initiatives, market visibility and brand awareness across digital and offline channels, within the technology sector. It reports to the Senior Brand Manager of the Middle East region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional B2B and B2C brand strategies aligned with global positioning.
• Plan and execute exhibitions, industry summits, partner events and brand activations across the MENA region.
• Lead content strategy, including press releases, advertising copy and regional social media operations.
• Manage relationships with regional media, industry publications and digital platforms.
• Optimise brand performance using traffic analysis, exposure metrics and reputation tracking tools.
• Coordinate with headquarters, regional teams, media partners and KOLs, and strengthen LinkedIn, Facebook and the official website presence.
• Balance short-term market penetration with long-term brand positioning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or the media industry within the MENA region.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory; strong English is required.
• Proven experience planning and executing exhibitions and industry events in the Middle East.
• Ability to independently develop regional B2B and B2C brand plans and willingness to travel across the MENA region.
• Exposure to consumer electronics or technology is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong copywriting and localisation across digital and traditional media.
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern media channels, social media platforms and content distribution.
