About the role
The Regional Controller will be based at the Group's regional headquarters in Dubai and will support financial control and reporting across the Middle East and Africa. You will work closely with the Regional CFO and local finance teams in multiple countries.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure reliable, consistent financial reporting across the region.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and monitor internal controls and compliance.
- Work with local teams to resolve reporting or process issues and align practices with Group requirements.
Required profile
- 5+ years in a regional finance or controlling role and 10+ years overall financial management experience.
- Professional experience in the Middle East region (essential).
- Exposure to an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across cultures.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
