Regional Director – Water & Environment (Middle East)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director – Water & Environment for the Middle East to provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, develop key client relationships, and oversee delivery of major water, environmental and waste projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Water & Environment business across the Middle East, developing strategic client relationships and new business opportunities.
• Lead tenders, proposals and commercial strategies for medium to large‑scale projects.
• Oversee delivery of water, environmental and waste projects, managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
• Drive performance, innovation and best practice throughout the region.

Required profile

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in the Middle East (UAE and KSA preferred).
• Proven expertise in water, environment and/or waste sectors and experience managing medium to large‑scale projects.
• Strong business development, client management and commercial acumen.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and knowledge of industry standards and legislation.
• Engineering, Environmental Science or related degree; professional qualifications preferred.
