Regional Market Access Manager – META Region

About the role

Acino, part of Arcera, a global life‑sciences company, is seeking a Regional Market Access Manager for the META region. Based in the UAE or KSA, you will report to the Regional Commercial Director and lead market‑access strategies to ensure patients can access our innovative medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional market access strategies for current and pipeline products.
• Drive access readiness and reimbursement pathways for upcoming launches.
• Shape pricing strategies in collaboration with Global Market Access and country teams.
• Support country teams with P&R submissions, pricing negotiations and value communication.
• Lead regional pricing projects, including reference pricing, tender analysis and HTA readiness.
• Build strong relationships with payers, policy makers and health authorities across the region.
• Represent Arcera in external forums to influence policy and reimbursement frameworks.
• Partner with commercial, medical, regulatory and government affairs to align access priorities.
• Develop regional value dossiers, economic models and pricing tools.
• Monitor access KPIs and continuously optimise strategies based on market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics or Public Health; Master’s preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in market access or health economics within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record securing access and reimbursement for innovative products across multiple META markets.
• Deep understanding of regional policy, pricing regulations and healthcare systems.
• Strong expertise in market access, pricing and reimbursement frameworks, including HTA processes.
• Strategic thinking with ability to balance global direction and local execution.
• Cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder‑engagement experience.
• Experience with economic modelling, health outcomes and value communication.
• Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies.
