Regional Marketing & Communications Manager – Middle East

About the role

The Regional Marketing & Communications Manager will lead all marketing and communication activities across the Middle East for Pink Neon Advertising. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape brand perception, drive stakeholder engagement and support key business objectives such as retention, exam entry and member satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local communications and marketing plans to support annual retention, exam entry, AGM and satisfaction initiatives.
• Manage a Middle East brand ambassadors programme to increase brand awareness and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Coordinate PR activities, including writing and localising press releases, leveraging media relationships and reporting monthly PR results.
• Produce regional thought‑leadership reports as defined in the communications plan.
• Partner with the Middle East team to design and deliver an annual engagement plan.
• Create and manage targeted marketing content to boost recruitment, conversion, retention and overall satisfaction.
• Lead key campaigns aimed at students, affiliates and members.
• Supervise and develop the Marketing and Business Development Executive.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Proven capability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Track record of meeting KPI‑driven results within budget constraints.
• Experience handling pressure, taking initiative and managing budgets.
• Understanding of accountancy‑related issues.
• Background in a B2B professional environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Marketing qualification and fluent English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends.
