Regional Sales Director – Middle East

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead our commercial activities across the Middle East for Silvus, a Motorola Solutions business. The role will drive revenue, manage key accounts and expand our presence in the defense and security technology market while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Middle East territory to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities with defence, law‑enforcement and critical‑infrastructure customers.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and senior leadership to align solutions with market needs.
• Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline reporting and market intelligence to the International Sales team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles within defence, security or high‑technology sectors.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets in the Middle East region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Mobile Ad‑hoc Network (MANET) radio solutions and related technologies.
