Regional Sales Manager - Hospitality SaaS

About the role

An experienced sales leader is sought to drive business growth for a SaaS-based hospitality technology solution across the GCC and India. The ideal candidate has a strong network in the hospitality industry, with established relationships across hotel groups, restaurant chains and key F&B decision-makers. The position is based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Drive B2B SaaS sales and business development across the hospitality sector.
• Build relationships with hotel groups, restaurant chains, hotel owners and senior decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and close enterprise-level software deals.
• Develop strategic partnerships and reseller channels to expand market reach.
• Drive customer acquisition, product adoption and long-term account growth.
• Lead sales initiatives, manage the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets across the GCC and India.

Required profile

• 12+ years of overall professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in sales.
• Strong network and established connections across hotels, restaurant chains and the F&B industry.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales or business development.
• Experience selling SaaS, hospitality technology, POS/PMS or other B2B technology solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience in channel partnerships and regional market expansion is an advantage.

What we offer

• Salary of AED 18,000 to 25,000 per month plus commission.
