About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Dubai. The role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for Certes, a security technology solutions provider.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the Dubai region.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue targets and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed of industry trends to provide tailored security solutions.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales strategy, territory management, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation, business development, and closing skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data protection, risk management, and security solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
  • Familiarity with market trends and the competitive landscape in the region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM software tools and sales analytics.
