Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Opella is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead its sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence across the assigned region. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure the company’s self‑care brands reach more consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Opella’s corporate goals.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed targets.
• Set individual and team sales objectives, monitor performance, and produce regular reports.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and performance dashboards for senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Recruit, train and onboard new sales team members.
• Collaborate with Brand & Innovation, Science, Supply Chain and Finance teams to optimise sales efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing and contractual terms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in FMCG or related sectors.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on forecast accuracy and reporting quality.
• Results‑driven with solid commercial acumen.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales reporting tools.
