Regional Sales Manager Middle East & India - Rental

About the role

L-Acoustics, a global leader in premium professional sound systems for live events, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager Middle East & India - Rental in Dubai. The role is strategic and relationship-driven, focused on expanding the company's presence in the rental market and building long-term partnerships with customers, distributors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the L-Acoustics brand professionally and build strong internal relationships across international teams
• Travel extensively to meet customers, identify and qualify new opportunities with end users, rental companies, production partners and venues, and engage in key regional rental and live event projects
• Drive regional sales objectives for the Rental market, manage sales orders and backlog, and produce accurate, timely quotations while guiding channel partners through the sales cycle
• Assess distributor performance, develop improvement plans where needed, and maintain up-to-date CRM data for reliable forecasting
• Organize product demonstrations, support regional marketing events focused on rental applications, and share market insights internally
• Help structure annual budgets for end users outside the Certified Provider network and report on visits, weekly priorities and market developments
• Work with Sales, Business Development, Application Engineering, Marketing, Sales Operations and Supply Chain to ensure a smooth customer journey from consultation to project delivery

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial audio/video sales (and/or integrated systems) with a proven track record
• Experience managing systems integrators and distributors, and Middle East & India regional experience
• Knowledge of the rental market preferred; some knowledge of audio/video design and application is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business considered a plus
• Proficiency in English and willingness and capacity to travel in the region (35-50% expected)
