Regional Sales Manager New Business

About the role

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager focused on new business acquisition across the United Arab Emirates. This fully remote position requires a consultative, technically‑embedded selling approach to win new enterprise logos and deliver proof‑of‑concept solutions that align with prospect needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep consultative discovery to understand prospect workflows and data, partnering with technical teams to prototype and de‑risk solutions.
• Identify, prospect, and qualify enterprise‑level opportunities within assigned territories or verticals, building a pipeline from outbound and marketing‑generated leads.
• Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close—translating product features into business value for HR and IT stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Implementation to ensure a well‑scoped, de‑risked handoff.
• Feed field insights back to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and address common prospect challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong consultative selling style.
• Ability to manage full‑cycle sales processes and deliver working proof‑of‑concepts.
• Comfort working closely with technical counterparts and HR/IT decision makers.
