BW Packaging is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sustainable, profitable growth across its packaging solutions portfolio. The role focuses on understanding market needs, acting as a Trusted Advisor, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑call planning and use questioning strategies to uncover customer requirements.
• Provide tailored recommendations and guide opportunities through the sales phases.
• Leverage post‑call reviews to refine approaches and improve win rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams as a unified front to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of new and existing accounts within the assigned region.
• Achieve sales targets while upholding BW Packaging’s values of people‑centric leadership.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
