Regional Train and Advise Lead – Middle East

About the role

Anduril Industries seeks a seasoned Regional Train and Advise Lead to drive adoption of its advanced Air Defense and Counter‑Intrusion systems across the Middle East. The role blends high‑level advisory work with hands‑on technical deployment, training, and operational support for regional military partners.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational subject‑matter expert during partner engagements, demonstrations, and capability evaluations.
• Design and deliver comprehensive technical training, including Train‑the‑Trainer courses and localized materials in Arabic.
• Conduct operational needs assessments, track adoption metrics, and provide continuous improvement feedback.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior military leadership and end‑users, serving as a trusted liaison.
• Provide advisory support on mission planning, CONOPs, SOPs, and TTPs, ensuring sustained system utilization.
• Support rapid system deployment in austere environments, troubleshoot technical issues, and relay field feedback to engineering teams.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and extensive experience operating in the Middle East.
• Proven track record of building high‑level relationships with government and military stakeholders.
• Experience leading training programs for regional militaries and navigating complex inter‑agency environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region and internationally.

Required skills

• Arabic language proficiency.
• Knowledge of Counter‑Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) principles.
• Expertise in Air Defense technology and autonomous systems.
• Hands‑on hardware and software system integration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
