Registered Nurse – Accident & Emergency

About the role

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Accident & Emergency department. You will deliver patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care while ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, adhering to clinical standards and UAE legislation.
• Identify, prevent, and manage risks to maintain patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
• Promote positive patient experiences by creating a supportive environment under nursing leadership guidance.
• Foster a learning environment by supervising, mentoring, and coaching junior staff and nursing learners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience in your home country and three recent years in an Accident & Emergency unit.
• Basic Arabic language skills and strong English communication (verbal and written).

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
