Registered Nurse (Arabic/Philippine) - DOH Licensed

About the role

Royal Health Al Salam Specialized Hospital in Abu Dhabi is hiring a full-time, DOH-licensed Registered Nurse. The nurse provides safe, compassionate and evidence-based care to patients in line with Department of Health regulations, facility policies and professional nursing standards, working with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychological and clinical needs and develop nursing care plans
• Provide direct patient care while maintaining safety, dignity, privacy and comfort
• Monitor and document vital signs, patient condition, clinical observations and treatment responses
• Administer medications, IV therapy, injections and other prescribed treatments safely and accurately
• Perform nursing procedures according to approved clinical standards and facility protocols
• Educate patients and families about medications, treatment plans, disease management and discharge instructions
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures, including PPE and safe handling of clinical waste
• Take part in emergency response, resuscitation and other critical-care interventions within scope of practice
• Take part in quality-improvement activities, audits, training and continuing professional development

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Valid DOH Registered Nurse license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications may be required depending on the clinical area
• Relevant clinical nursing experience preferred
• Nationality: Arabic/Philippine
