About the role
The Registered Nurse – Emergency & Trauma Care provides high‑quality, patient‑centered nursing to individuals presenting with acute illnesses, traumatic injuries, and life‑threatening emergencies in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, triage, and stabilize patients with traumatic injuries and emergency conditions.
- Deliver evidence‑based emergency and trauma nursing care, including resuscitation support and medication administration.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage rapidly changing patient conditions and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Valid DOH medical license (or eligibility) as a Registered Nurse.
- 3‑5 years of experience in Emergency, Trauma, or Acute Care nursing.
- Proven leadership or team‑lead experience.
- Strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills under pressure.
Required skills
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- PALS certification (advantage).
