Mediclinic Al Ain Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its multidisciplinary team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team, adhering to clinical standards and legislation.
• Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
• Promote positive patient experiences by creating a supportive environment under nursing leadership guidance.
• Foster a learning environment by supervising, mentoring, and coaching nursing staff and learners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience in the candidate’s home country; UAE experience is a plus.
• Basic Arabic language skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Basic Arabic language ability.
