Registered Nurse - Fertility Care

About the role

Ethmar International Holding (EIH) is partnering with FutureLife Group to open a new Institut Marquès assisted reproductive technology (ART) centre in Abu Dhabi. The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatment, from their first consultation through monitoring, procedures and follow-up, explaining each step clearly and supporting patients emotionally while working closely with doctors and embryologists.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, monitor and care for patients before, during and after fertility procedures
• Prepare patients for consultations, scans and procedures and explain each step clearly
• Administer medications and injections according to clinical protocols
• Support patients emotionally, especially during stressful or uncertain moments
• Assist with gynecological examinations and procedures
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow data protection requirements such as GDPR
• Follow infection control, health and safety and clinic procedures
• Collaborate with doctors, embryologists and reception colleagues to keep care coordinated

Required profile

• A recognised nursing registration and a current clinical licence
• Healthcare experience, ideally in fertility, IVF, gynecology, obstetrics or women's health
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Warm, empathetic manner and ability to put anxious patients at ease
• Clear communication skills and ability to explain medical information simply
• Strong attention to detail, discretion and commitment to confidentiality
• Good organisation and the ability to stay calm in a busy clinical environment
• Willingness to help build the standards and processes of a new clinic
