Registered Nurse for Home Care (DOH License)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality home‑care services in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a valid Department of Health (DOH) license and focuses on delivering personalized patient care, conducting assessments, and managing treatment plans in patients' homes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive medical assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer home‑care treatments, including medication management and wound care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and internal medical protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Current and valid DOH license for Abu Dhabi or eligibility to obtain one.
• Proficiency in nursing and clinical procedures with a focus on home‑care settings.
• Strong attention to detail, compassion, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and families.
