Registered Nurse – Full‑time, On‑site at Endocare Clinic

About the role

Endocare is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to deliver nursing care within its medicated weight‑loss and metabolic programmes. The role is full‑time, on‑site at the DHCC branch in Dubai, working closely with a consultant endocrinologist, coaches and front‑desk staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments, draw blood, and manage sample logistics.
• Take vital signs, weight, waist circumference and body‑composition measurements and record them accurately.
• Prepare patients and rooms for consultations and assist the doctor during examinations.
• Administer subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, including first doses of GLP‑1 medications, and educate patients on self‑injection techniques.
• Support patients on nutrition, activity and treatment adherence alongside coaches.
• Manage medication and medical supply stock, maintain cold‑chain logs and ensure infection‑control standards.
• Maintain complete nursing notes in the EMR and assist with DHA inspections, audits and policy updates.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of experience and an active DHA licence.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Professional, diligent, caring and non‑judgemental towards patients with obesity.
• Proactive team player comfortable taking ownership of nursing processes.

Required skills

• Phlebotomy and blood‑sample handling.
• Subcutaneous and intramuscular injection techniques.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Use of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
