Registered Nurse - Home Hemodialysis

About the role

Provide and coordinate patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care for home hemodialysis patients at Mediclinic City Hospital, ensuring compliance with ethical, professional and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality patient care in collaboration with a multi‑professional team, adhering to clinical standards and legislation.
• Identify, prevent and manage risks to maintain patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
• Create a positive patient experience by fostering a supportive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
• Support learning and competence development by supervising, mentoring and coaching nursing staff and learners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum three years of dialysis nursing experience.
• UAE work experience and a valid UAE driving licence.
• Basic Arabic language skills.
• Strong knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
