Registered Nurse - Inpatients

About the role

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is recruiting a Registered Nurse for inpatient care. The nurse provides and coordinates patient-centred, evidence-based nursing care while complying with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company. Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies, procedures and legislation.
• Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences under nursing leadership.
• Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build their competence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (essential).
• At least two years of experience in your home country (essential); UAE experience is beneficial.
• Basic Arabic language skills.
• Preference will be given to designated groups under the UAE Emiratization Program.

Required skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
