Registered Nurse – Maternity/Postnatal Ward

About the role
Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its Maternity/Postnatal Ward. You will provide patient‑centred, evidence‑based care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality nursing care in line with clinical standards and UAE legislation.
- Identify, prevent, and manage patient safety risks according to hospital policies.
- Promote positive patient experiences by creating a supportive and safe environment.
- Mentor and coach junior staff and nursing students to foster continuous learning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certificates.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience in your home country; three years of recent maternity/postnatal experience preferred.
- Basic Arabic language skills and strong English communication (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with patient safety standards.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
