Registered Nurse - OPD

About the role
Provide and coordinate patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care in the OPD, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies.
- Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment.
- Create and contribute to a learning environment by supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- At least 2 years recent experience in OPD in the UAE.
- Experience in treatment room, OPD Gynecology and OPD Pediatrics.
Required skills
- Basic Arabic language skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
