Registered Nurse – Operating Theatre (Arabic/Tagalog Speaking)

About the role

Al-Futtaim Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Operating Theatre team in Dubai Festival City. The role involves delivering high‑quality peri‑operative care to patients before, during and after surgery while collaborating with surgeons, anesthetists and multidisciplinary staff.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms, equipment, instruments and supplies for each surgical case.
• Provide comprehensive peri‑operative nursing care in line with DHA and Al‑Futtaim Health standards.
• Assist surgeons and anesthetists throughout procedures.
• Perform patient assessments, maintain accurate documentation and monitor patients before, during and after surgery.
• Uphold strict infection‑control protocols and ensure a sterile environment.
• Complete and verify surgical safety checklists.
• Manage theatre stock, equipment and consumables efficiently.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives, audits and ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent recognized nursing qualification.
• Fluency in Arabic or Tagalog is required.
• Current registration with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of peri‑operative nursing practices and infection‑prevention standards.
