About the role

Mediclinic City Hospital in Dubai is seeking a Registered Nurse to work in the Operating Theatre on a temporary basis. The role involves providing patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care while adhering to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.

Key responsibilities

Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies.
Create a positive patient experience by fostering a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
Support learning by supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing staff.

Required profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Minimum two years of OT experience in a hospital setting (UAE experience beneficial).

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Basic Arabic language skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
Strong verbal and written communication in English.
