Registered Nurse – OT (Temporary)

About the role

Mediclinic City Hospital in Dubai is seeking a Registered Nurse to work in the Operating Theatre on a temporary basis. The role involves providing patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care while adhering to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies.
• Create a positive patient experience by fostering a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
• Support learning by supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum two years of OT experience in a hospital setting (UAE experience beneficial).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic Arabic language skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
