Registered Nurse – Outpatient (Arabic‑Speaker)

About the role
Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its outpatient department. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centred, evidence‑based care while supporting a multicultural environment. Fluency in basic Arabic is required to enhance communication with patients.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with a multi‑professional team, adhering to clinical standards and legislation.
- Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
- Create a positive patient experience by maintaining a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
- Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence and a learning culture.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Valid BLS certification.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Basic Arabic language skills.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
