Registered Nurse – Outpatient Care

About the role

Provide and coordinate patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care for out‑patient services at Mediclinic Al Jowhara Hospital, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team, adhering to clinical standards and legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies.
• Promote positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
• Foster a learning environment by supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (essential).
• Minimum two years of nursing experience in your home country (essential); UAE experience is desirable.
• Basic Arabic language skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
