About the role

Provide and coordinate patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care for out‑patient services at Mediclinic Al Jowhara Hospital, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team, adhering to clinical standards and legislation.
Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies.
Promote positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
Foster a learning environment by supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing staff.

Required profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (essential).
Minimum two years of nursing experience in your home country (essential); UAE experience is desirable.
Basic Arabic language skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
