Registered Nurse – Outpatient Department (OPD)

About the role

The Registered Nurse – OPD will join NMC Group’s outpatient department in Al Ain, delivering safe, compassionate, and individualized care to patients and their families. Working closely with physicians and allied health professionals, you will play a key role in patient assessment, treatment planning, and health education.

Key responsibilities

• Perform systematic patient assessments, record vital signs, and identify nursing diagnoses.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the inter‑professional team.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Provide wound‑care management and assist with invasive and non‑invasive procedures.
• Deliver life‑support interventions such as BLS, PALS, ACLS, and Neonatal Resuscitation.
• Facilitate safe patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Promote comprehensive screening programs, educate patients, and ensure timely follow‑up of results.

Required profile

• Registered nurse with a valid license to practice in the UAE.
• Strong commitment to NMC’s nursing vision, mission, and values.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced outpatient environment.
