Registered Nurse - Outpatient Services

About the role

Fakeeh Health, a healthcare group founded by the founders of Fakeeh Care Group in Saudi Arabia, is hiring a Registered Nurse for its outpatient services in Dubai. The nurse delivers evidence-based nursing care in a clinical setting, assesses patients' health problems and needs, develops and implements care plans and keeps medical records, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients through physical examination, vital signs and symptom monitoring, and update individualized care plans with colleagues
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, and provide wound care, including cleaning, dressing and infection monitoring
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and prevention, and advocate for their needs
• Assist physicians during procedures and diagnostic tests, respond to emergencies and follow emergency protocols
• Maintain infection control standards, including hand hygiene, PPE and reporting of facility-acquired infections
• Keep accurate patient care records and communicate with patients, families and the healthcare team
• Provide emotional support, respect cultural values and participate in ongoing training
• Oversee junior staff and nursing students, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience; staff with less than one year join the RN residency program (Fakeeh Graduate)
• License from the country of origin and a license to practice under the regional regulator (e.g. SCFHS / DHA)
• BLS, ACLS and other LSTC courses as applicable
