Registered Nurse - Paediatric Experience

About the role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse with strong paediatric nursing experience for its new clinic in Dubailand. The role supports physicians and patients in a busy outpatient setting, with a 5-day working week and long-term career development within Al-Futtaim Health.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centred nursing care to children and their families in a busy outpatient clinic.
• Support physicians during paediatric and general outpatient consultations, examinations and procedures.
• Conduct patient assessments, record observations and vital signs, and escalate changes in clinical condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, prepare patients for procedures and give age-appropriate education to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records.
• Work with physicians, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, following DHA requirements, infection prevention and control policies and patient confidentiality.

Required profile

• DHA Registered Nurse licence or DHA Eligibility Letter.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in nursing.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification nursing experience, including paediatric nursing.
• Experience in a hospital, outpatient clinic, medical centre, primary care or ambulatory setting.
• Fluent English and ability to commute daily to Dubailand.
• Preferred: recent paediatric experience, outpatient or family medicine background, Tagalog as a second language, and immediate availability.

Required skills

• Patient assessment, venepuncture, blood collection, IV cannulation and medication administration.
• Accurate clinical documentation and infection prevention and control.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
