Registered Nurse - Paediatric Experience

About the role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse with paediatric nursing experience for its new clinic in Dubailand. The role suits a nurse who enjoys paediatric care and is comfortable supporting physicians in a busy outpatient setting, within a multidisciplinary team. The clinic serves patients and families in Dubailand and surrounding communities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to children and their families in a busy outpatient clinic.
• Support physicians during paediatric and general outpatient consultations, examinations and procedures.
• Conduct patient assessments, record observations and vital signs, and escalate changes in clinical condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, prepare patients for procedures and give age-appropriate education to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records.
• Follow DHA requirements, infection prevention and control policies, and patient privacy; take part in quality improvement and professional development.

Required profile

• DHA registered nurse licence or DHA eligibility letter.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in nursing.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification nursing experience, including paediatric nursing.
• Experience in a hospital, outpatient clinic, medical centre, primary care or ambulatory setting.
• Fluent English and ability to commute daily to Dubailand.
• Preferred: recent paediatric experience, outpatient or family medicine experience, Tagalog as a second language, immediate availability.

Required skills

• Patient assessment, venepuncture, IV cannulation and medication administration.
• Accurate clinical documentation and computer skills.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and teamwork skills.
