About the role

Registered Nurse – UAE National (Abu Dhabi). The role involves assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care programs, ensuring evidence‑based practice from admission through discharge in a professional, second‑home setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient health conditions, establish nursing diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following strict safety guidelines.
• Monitor vital signs, record detailed progress notes and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team during daily clinical rounds and communicate status changes to physicians.
• Educate patients and families to support long‑term self‑management and counsel them through health transitions.

Required profile

• UAE national with valid passport and family book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent) and a valid DOH license or eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification clinical experience (experience waived for UAE graduates after internship).

Required skills

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• English communication – verbal and written.
• Eligibility to sit NCLEX‑RN (USA) or Canadian licensing exam.
