Registered Nurse - Women's Health

About the role

Fakeeh Health, a healthcare group founded by the founders of Fakeeh Care Group in Saudi Arabia, is hiring a Registered Nurse for its women's health unit in Dubai. The nurse delivers evidence-based care in a clinical setting, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess patients, develop care plans and maintain medical records.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients' health through physical examinations, vital signs and symptom monitoring, then develop and update individualized care plans
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments and monitor for side effects
• Care for wounds, assist with procedures and diagnostic tests, and educate patients and families
• Respond to emergencies, follow emergency protocols (codes, RRT) and conduct purposeful patient rounding
• Follow infection control standards, including hand hygiene, PPE and reporting of facility-acquired infections
• Maintain accurate patient care records and communicate with patients, families and the care team
• Provide emotional support, advocate for patients and respect cultural values in care planning
• Oversee junior staff and nursing students, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to practice improvement

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of continuous nursing experience in Labor and Delivery and Post Natal units, in the UAE or from another country
• Previous overseas experience is an advantage but not required
