About the role
The University client seeks a Registration Officer to join its Registrar’s office in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on supporting registration operations and handling administrative tasks that ensure smooth student enrollment processes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Registrar in daily registration activities and data management.
- Process student enrollment forms, updates, and withdrawals.
- Maintain accurate academic records and coordinate with academic departments.
- Provide front‑line support to students and staff regarding registration queries.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology.
- At least four years of professional experience, with a minimum of two years in academic affairs.
- Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication abilities.
- Preference will be given to male candidates.
Required skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
