Relationship Manager – Business Liabilities & Cash Management

About the role

The Relationship Manager will develop and maintain business relationships with SBF clients in Abu Dhabi, ensuring their banking needs are met across business liabilities and cash management services. The role focuses on expanding the bank’s portfolio through cross‑selling and delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new credit volumes from existing and new clients, prepare credit applications, analyse financial statements and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor working‑capital requirements, conduct site visits, prepare call reports and manage disbursements, adjustments and facility availability.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to achieve high satisfaction scores, handle inquiries promptly and resolve complaints.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as credit‑risk, legal, operations and trade finance to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Uphold ethical sales practices, provide clear information on terms and conditions, and ensure timely recovery of dues.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ADIB’s business banking products and UAE banking regulations.
• Experience in credit analysis, financial statement evaluation and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with anti‑money‑laundering regulations and compliance procedures.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with corporate clients and internal teams.
