Relationship Manager - Islamic Banking

About the role

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank's Retail Banking Group supports retail and micro-business customers with conventional and Shari'ah-compliant banking products and services. As a Relationship Manager in Islamic Banking, you will acquire new clients, build client relationships and help them use the full product suite, within the bank's commitment to digital innovation and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients, run wallet exercises to cross-sell the full product suite and provide an excellent onboarding experience to meet assigned targets and secure profitable transactions.
• Build and maintain client dossiers, capturing current and future needs and advising clients on new solutions, developments and emerging opportunities.
• Collect reports from support units, prepare credit applications, report on risk profiles and update approving authorities on changes so that action can be taken.
• Follow all organisational and departmental policies, processes and standard operating procedures to deliver a consistent standard of service to customers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial banking environment.
