Relationship Manager – Priority Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Priority Banking will attract, deepen and manage financial relationships with affluent clients in Abu Dhabi. Using ADIB’s full range of banking products, you will deliver comprehensive solutions through a team‑based approach to meet clients’ financial needs.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through marketing activities, referrals and existing networks, and acquire new‑to‑bank customers.
• Cross‑sell and up‑sell ADIB’s retail banking and wealth management products to increase team revenue.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads, identify potential expansion locations and build trusted relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Coordinate with other channels, refer clients to appropriate services and ensure smooth implementation of Priority Banking across branches.
• Monitor service levels, handle complaints, retain customers and collect feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Review credit applications, adhere to processes, maintain proper documentation and flag error trends for process improvement.

Required profile

• University degree or recognized professional certificate.
• Minimum five years of banking experience in the UAE, including at least three years in financial analysis, investment or wealth management.
• Proven experience leading a team of professionals.
• In‑depth knowledge of ADIB’s retail banking products, credit policies and UAE banking regulations.
• Relevant certifications such as UAE Financial Rules & Regulations, International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3), Risk in Financial Services, and International Certificate in Advanced Wealth Management (Level 4).
