Relationship Manager – Retail Banking (Dubai Internet City)

About the role

The Relationship Manager will serve Mashreq's High Net Worth (HNW) clients, providing personalized banking services to deepen relationships, drive profitable contributions, and retain client loyalty. The role focuses on expanding the Mashreq Gold portfolio, cross‑selling bank products, and acquiring new HNW customers through referrals and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize the value of the client base by delivering Mashreq Gold products and services.
• Identify and address HNW clients' financial needs through proactive communication.
• Achieve revenue, sales, and portfolio growth targets across a range of banking products.
• Maximize profitability of the Gold segment while countering competition.
• Acquire new HNW clients and maintain superior customer service to reduce attrition.
• Safeguard the bank against AML fraud and ensure ethical selling practices.
• Enhance market profile and awareness of Mashreq’s offerings.
• Coordinate with product and line managers to provide feedback on competition and client responses.

Required profile

• University graduate with strong selling and financial markets knowledge.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a similar relationship management role within a bank or financial services firm in the UAE.
• CISI Level 1 certification.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity.
