Relationship Manager – Russian, Chinese, or French Speakers

About the role

DECA PROPERTIES is expanding its sales team and seeks dynamic Relationship Managers to drive agency‑partner sales for its property projects across the UAE. The role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with real‑estate agencies, brokers and channel partners while supporting the company’s growth in international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real‑estate agencies and channel partners.
• Promote DECA PROPERTIES’ projects to brokers, agencies and potential clients.
• Generate sales leads through an active agency network.
• Conduct project presentations and provide accurate information on inventory, pricing and payment plans.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing and operations teams to support deal closures.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups with agency partners to ensure consistent sales performance.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, launches, events and broker briefings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience working with a real‑estate developer.
• Currently active in the UAE real‑estate market.
• Strong existing agency network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, professional and target‑driven.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Fluency in Russian, Chinese or French in addition to English.
